How to arm & disarm a system
- Vista System – Use the keypad to enter your user code, then press the appropriate ARM or DISARM button depending on whether you are staying or leaving.
- Pro A7 System – Arm or disarm the system by entering your code on the touchscreen or through the connected mobile app.
- Lynx System – Tap the ARM or DISARM option on the touchscreen and enter your user code when prompted.
- Lyric System – Arm or disarm the system using the touchscreen, mobile app, or voice command if enabled, after entering your user code.
Quieting Security Systems
How to quiet a panel in trouble
- Vista System – Enter your user code on the keypad to silence the trouble beeps while the issue remains displayed until resolved.
- Pro A7 System – Acknowledge the alert on the touchscreen or mobile app to silence the trouble notification.
- Lynx System – Press the SILENCE or enter your user code on the touchscreen to stop the trouble sounds.
- Lyric System – Tap the alert message on the touchscreen or app and follow the prompt to quiet the panel.
Learning WiFi
How to learn in WIFI to a panel
- Pro A7 System – Access the system settings on the touchscreen, select Wi-Fi setup, then choose your network and enter the password to connect.
- Lynx System – Open the Wi-Fi menu from the touchscreen settings and follow the prompts to select and connect to your wireless network.
- Lyric System – Go to the Wi-Fi setup screen on the touchscreen or app, select your network, and enter the password to complete the connection.
